    RENTAL FEE
    Gaiety Hollow’s rental fee is $50/hour.  All set up and break down must be completed during rental period.

    Full payment is due at least 24 hours prior to start of event.

    Property Policies & Procedures:
    RENTER is responsible for set-up and tear-down of the event. Decorations are not allowed on walls and garden structures. The property must be returned to pre-rental condition, tables and chairs returned to stored location and kitchen cleaned. The closing procedure form is to be completed and handed to the Gaiety Hollow host at check-out. Gaiety Hollow is a smoke-free facility. Pets are not allowed.  Music must conform to City noise code.

    Rental Policy: 
    Rental period begins with event set-up and ends at check-out. Use of Gaiety Hollow beyond the contracted time will be charged at $50 per hour.  

    Cancellation Policy:
    If RENTER cancels the event 30 days or more before the event date, RENTER will be refunded the full rental payment.  If RENTER cancels the event up to 29 days prior, RENTER will receive no refund. We are unable to provide any weather-related refunds.  This agreement is personal and non-transferable or assignable. Forfeited payments may not be transferred to another rental date or person.  

    Agreement:
    RENTER has read, understands and agrees to comply with the policies governing the use of Gaiety Hollow including the alcohol, tobacco and cancellation policies. RENTER agrees to inform all others associated with this event about these policies. 
     
    RENTER acknowledges that, maintenance of the historical authenticity results in possible hazards, such as uneven footing and slippery surfaces. RENTER, their invitees, guests and vendors acknowledge these risks and by signing this agreement, RENTER agrees to pay, indemnify and hold the Lord & Schryver Conservancy harmless from any claim or demand of any kind or nature arising out of or in any way connected with RENTER’S use of Gaiety Hollow. Additionally, the Lord & Schryver Conservancy cannot be responsible for renter’s lost, stolen or damaged property.
